Fastest: delete it from inside the app
If you can still sign in, this takes about ten seconds and happens instantly:
Open LeanPlate → Settings → Delete account → confirm.

Can't sign in, or already uninstalled the app? Enter the email address on your account. We'll send a confirmation link to that inbox — clicking it deletes the account and everything below, straight away.
What gets deleted
All of it, permanently. There is no recycle bin and no undo.
- Your account, profile, goals, and body stats
- Every meal and food you logged, with all of its nutrition data
- Weight entries, water logs, and any activity you typed in
- Workouts, workout programmes, and scheduled sessions
- Progress photos and your profile picture, removed from our image storage too
- Coach notes, meal plans, voice notes, and the questions you asked
- Saved meals, notifications, and your device's push-notification token
What we keep, and for how long
- A record that a deletion was requested and completed — your email address and the date only. We keep it because we have to be able to show your request was honoured.
- Payment records held by Razorpay for your Pro subscription, if you had one. Indian tax law requires the payment processor to keep transaction records; those sit with Razorpay, not with us, and contain no health or meal data.
- Anonymous, non-identifying website analytics counts that were never linked to your account in the first place.
Deleted data disappears from our live systems immediately and rolls off encrypted backups within 30 days.
Two things worth knowing first
- Cancel LeanPlate Pro before you delete. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or stop a renewal — that happens at the payment provider.
- Signed up with your phone number?There's no email address on your account for us to verify, so email us at theleanplatebykamal@gmail.com from any address, including the phone number you signed up with. We'll verify it and delete the account within 7 days.
